Payment is due at time of service. We do not offer any payment plans. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, and Care Credit. For all Care Credit and credit card payments, the cardholder MUST be present. We do not accept checks. If the cardholder is unable to be present, a picture of their photo ID, credit card and signed authorization is required. It is our policy to provide you with a written estimate for all treatments, procedures and surgeries.(Required)

We require 24hr notice for any cancellations. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care. No show/same day cancellations will incur a $25 non-refundable fee.(Required)

We occasionally like to capture photos of our furry friends to post on our website or social media pages. Only happy, healthy photos of pets are used and only the pet’s name will be mentioned. If at any time you wish to have your pet’s photo or story removed, please alert one of our team members.(Required)
